WATERTOWN, N.Y. —  Patricia A. Gorman, 55, of Mechanic Street, died unexpectedly at her home Friday, March 16.
Born March 6, 1957, in Watertown, the daughter of Schuyler T. Snyder and Flora B. “Dolly” Tharrett Thomas, she graduated in 1977 from Watertown High School.
Mrs. Gorman worked for many years at Mercy Hospital and later for Jefferson Rehabilitation Center.
She
attended First United Methodist Church in Watertown and the North Side Improvement League.
Mrs. Gorman loved to cook and visit with her neighbors.
She was a member of Bridges in Watertown and enjoyed taking pictures, collecting dolls and going to bingo.
Surviving are two sisters, Martha J Furgison and husband, Donald, Watertown,and  Lisa T. O’Brien and husband, James, Adams Center; two brothers, Schuyler T. Snyder, Maynardville, Tenn., and Richard A. Bowman, Buffalo; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She was predeceased by her mother, Flora, her father, Schuyler, and her step father, Lewgene W. “Red” Thomas.
There will be a graveside service 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, at Union Cemetery, Adams Center, with Rev. Joyce Woodcock, First United Methodist Church, officiating. There are no calling hours.
Donations may be made in her honor to Credo Foundation, Watertown.
